Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site, including "Check price" buttons, may be affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the site free.
- Commissions never affect which products we recommend or how we rank them. No brand can pay for a ranking or a review.
- We may link to products we don't earn anything from, when they're the best choice.
- As an Amazon Associate we may earn from qualifying purchases if we link to Amazon.
Links to sponsored content, if we ever publish any, will be clearly labeled.
Prices and product details
Prices, specifications and availability come from manufacturer and retailer sites on the date shown on each page, and they change often. Always check the final price and details with the seller before you buy. Cost-per-serving and savings figures are estimates based on the stated sources and assumptions; your costs will vary.
Cooking and fire safety
- Cook meat, poultry and fish to the USDA safe minimum internal temperatures given in each recipe, and use a thermometer.
- Check ingredients for allergens; you are responsible for knowing the dietary needs of the people you cook for.
- Use grills and smokers outdoors only, in a well-ventilated area, away from walls, overhangs and anything flammable. Charcoal, wood, pellets and gas produce carbon monoxide, which can kill in enclosed spaces, including garages and covered porches.
- Follow your cooker's manual, keep children and pets away from hot equipment, keep a fire extinguisher nearby, and dispose of ashes in a metal container only once they're completely cold.
- Check your lease, HOA and local rules before cooking on a balcony or deck.
